• A mechanical engineer by qualification with post graduate management degree and has ten (10) years of hands-on working technical experience in the manufacturing environment covering food & beverages, medical devices, rubber and plastic industries, serving in the laboratory, manufacturing and quality assurance functions.

• KM Loi has another ten (10) years of management skill in quality consulting, training an auditing with wide exposure to various industries in the context of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, SA8000, & TS16949 certifications. He has conducted QMS audits at various government agencies on behalf of Prime Minister’s Department, MAMPU.

• KM Loi has attended an Advanced Training program in Total Quality Management (Sweden) and has been recognized as one of the 2000 Outstanding Scientists of the 21st Century awarded by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.
